Look who has come to eat some berries! Colorful winter birds – watercolor illustration and tea towel. Available at my Spoonflower shop as a linen cotton tea towel. More of my birds are available as greeting cards, have a look here

These patterns are inspired by the #patternmood21 instagram challenge for which I created specifically handpainted patterns. It was really to enjoy painting and create freely, In order for the body of work to be cohesive, I used a reduced color palette of some 18 shades that I kept to. Out of this came a series of greeting cards as well as a fabric collection.

3 colorways of inked wildflowers, each lending itself to being used in a different medium. While the mustard and pink would work perfectly for fabric, I see the ivory as wallpaper and the mustard yellow as wallpaper. Where do you see them?
